Candy Corn?

   So my last post was about how i asked someone to the halloween dance (Joe). Turns out he had already been asked, so he came to my house at 10 at night and said he was sorry, he gave me a pumpkin pie, and then asked me on a date for October 15th. a bit far in the future, but i think it will be fun.
   Anyway! so i asked this kid named Morgan Maylett to Halloween, and this is how i did it! I got a poster and said "Sorry if this is Candy Corny, but will you go to the dance with me?" and i put candy corn all over the poster, and then i put letters of my name on some. Anyway, i haven't been answered yet, but i think it will be fun
   ok Yesterday! we didn't have any school. I did homework in the morning and then i went on a date with joe in the afternoon. We went to the draper wetlands and fed ducks, and then we went to Golden Spoon (which he paid for, which is why its a date) and then we went to Hidden valley park and with walked on a trail. I had a good time, just talking to him. In the end we spent about 4 hours talking and it was good :) did i mention that it ended up just being him and I? well it was. Then i hung out with some friends that night, and i helped them ask to the dance.
   Today, is my dear friend Paige Victorine's Birthday. SOOO i decorated her car as much as i could (her mom had already decorated it) and it was just way cute. I gave her a couple of hair flowers, cuz thats what she wanted more than anything. yep! i think thats my life as an update.
  

Adrenaline Rush!

AH! i just got back from asking someone to the Halloween dance! what a thrill! :) I have no idea if ill get to sleep tonight! but what we did is  we got pumpkins and cut really small holes in the bottom, and then put the letters of our name into the hole and then super glued the hole closed. Then we drew a face, and then on a paper we had a poem. I can't remember the poem, cuz Cassidy wrote it. but it had stuff about guts. so their gonna have to gut the whole pumpkin to find our names! mwahahaha :) but i'm excited :) I asked Joe, who is in the pictures below , of the date i most recently went on. AH. ok now im going to bed! night!

Life, Life, Life

Life is an interesting thing. One thing i dont seem to have :) while everyone is at homecoming on Saturday, i will be working, and then watching the BYU game! cuz we're gonna win this year!
But anyway. I'm a bit bummed about the whole not going to homecoming thing, but its gonna be ok. as long as i get asked to prom! But anyway. My parents are at Lake Powell right now. with the rest of my family. so im gonna PARTY! jk mom. :)

9/11

9/11 is the most important date for our generation. We were alive when it happened, and we know how it happened. 9/11 has shaped my life, and i dont want to ever forget about it. The Victims families are heroes. Whether the victims were on the planes, in the building, or the firefighters trying to help, they are all heroes. Dont forget 9/11 because it has shaped how we see the world.
If you cant remember, look up some videos. yes they will make you cry, but we need to remember.
